"Superb"
Amazing location right at the heart of old Bologna, but thanks to the double glazing, quiet inside. The beds are comfy, the bathroom good size and great toiletries provided. Staff communicated well beforehand and met us there for check in and to explain how it all worked. Breakfast at a local cafe, very nice!

Fantastic location. Nice room with large ensuite shower room. Comfortable bed. Common area with kettle and coffee machine. Very good noise insulation-useful in central Bologna! Eduardo very helpful

The location was excellent overlooking Piazza Maggiore. Eduardo, the main staff person we interacted was very responsive and helpful, including earlier checkin and arranging a car to airport on departure.

thanks to Eduardo for the really nice check in earlier possibility and beeing so helpful with everything! location right in the heart of the center, large and comfy bed, clean room, which could be renovated in bath in the shower cause of mold in joints in some parts. italian breakfast (Croissant, Cappuccino and orange juice) in a nearby Caf was included. All in all recommended for a stay in Bologna

It is more than you expect. The setup will make you categorise it as a guest house but the care and attention to detail is of a well-run 3 star hotel calibre. The windows isolate the street noise very well, bathroom is spacious and functional, cleanliness is excellent, beds are comfortable and the breakfast voucher for a neighbour cafe gives you all you need. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and no fuss people.

Perfect location for the centre of Bologna. Quiet street at night, some slight noise from a local bar but nothing that is a problem. Room was immaculately clean, and the bathroom was huge (rare treat for Italy!). Host met us on time and very friendly. Breakfast served across the square - croissant, coffee and a juice. Went with my daughter (9yrs), would highly recommend.

The location was amazing! So central and also once the windows were closed - so quiet!! Close to it all!! Olivia was an amazing host. She helped from beginning to end and added a little bit of comfort for a solo traveller! The wine glass made my quiet drink so much more special! The room was clean and tidy. There was water on arrival and a fridge to store local purchases. Tea and coffee in the common area was a lovely addition.

Everything was great. First of all the host was very kind and helpful. The room was exactly like the photos. There was plenty of space for two people and it was very clean. Of course the location was also great. Just a few steps away from the central square! We will definitely stay there again if we visit Bologna!

The room was very spacious and well equipped. It was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was much larger than expected and the shower was wonderful. Even the hair dryer was superb strength :) We ended up walking from the train station in 20-25 minutes. It was very easy. The location right off Piazza Maggiore was incredible. Such great energy all around the hotel and amazing restaurants & bars nearby. There was a lot of live music in the piazza and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. We really can't wait to return again.

The location was very central so close to everything. Anna was utterly charming and my messages were answered quickly which was much appreciated. The room was very clean but it was hot and the air con wasnt working so not the best nights sleep.
